Brick making production line description

1. Structure: all steel structure. it is made by high quality steel plate welding;
2. Suitable range: the small brickyard or the area which is lack of electric power;
3. Extrusion pressure: 2.0MPa, it can make both solid and hollow brick;
4. Control: adopts pneumatic clutch; 5. Bearing: it is provided by Luoyang bearing group.
6. Main axle techniques: Quenching, tempering, the suppression experiment, so strengthen main axle’s steel and toughness.
7. Rack techniques: whole welding and overall plane processing, these can make better for the machines’ concentrically.
8. Techniques of squeeze out cylinder and vacuum chamber: the whole processing, quenching processing, these can increase the toughness and extent complete machine life.
9. Vacuum chamber: adopts the funnel shape, it can pull out the vacuum fatly.
10. Reamer techniques: adopts the high chromium casting, quenching processing, the service life reaches (8,000,000-10,000,000 standard bricks), it is better than the ordinary spray coating craft.
